Michelle ran Nova Scotia's earliest 100+ member CSA in the 1990's, hosted many interns over two decades, and helped pave the way for the next generation of women farmers and gardeners to grow their own successful farm businesses. ![]() Michelle is also former president of Canada's national seed saving non-profit, Seeds of Diversity Canada. She was involved as a co-chair and coordinator of the organic certification organizations in the Maritimes, and her property was certified organic for many years. She was a 16-year vendor at the Wolfville Farmers' Market from 1997-2013, and then returned to WFM2GO in 2020.
